Story
Dhruv (Manoj Manchu) is on a world tour along with his friends and he is about to go to Singapore from Malaysia. Harika (Harika aka Payal Ghosh) is a Telugu girl doing masters in Malaysia and she is going to India to have a look at a prospective groom. Dhruv falls in love at first sight with Harika when he sees her in airport. But he has only two hours to make her fall in love with him. The rest of the story is all about how he succeeds in it.
Analysis: The initial 15 minutes of the movie might give you a wrong impression. The movie is good in the first half from the time the airport episode starts. There is lag and dillydallying in the second half. The climax gets better, but it should have been tighter. The plus points of the film are interesting premise, music and class comedy. On the flip side, the director should have made second half more interesting. Movie lacks pace. On a whole, Prayanam is a different film that caters to multiplex crowds.

The Central Board of Secondary Education announced results of class X for Delhi, Guwahati and Allahabad region, which included Noida and Greater Noida at 10 am.
The results can also be accessed through the Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) at 011-24357270.
As many as 824,438 students - 336,963 female candidates and 487,475 male candidates - took the Class 10 board exams in the country and abroad this year.
Various mobile phone operators will also provide results over phone and through SMS.

NET/SLET: After first diluting the stranded of MPhil/PhD by doing away with the criterion of National Eligibility Test (NET),UGC on Wednesday said NET/state Level Eligibility Test (SLET) will remain the minimum Eligibility condition for appointment of lecturers in universities/college and other higher educational institutions. Sukhdeo Thorat How does a uniform regulation have scope for exemption? Will it not affect quality? When these question were repeatedly asked by reporters on Wednesday,UGC chairperson Sukhdeo Thorat came up with a completely different interpretation. He said, "The committee will look into the cases of those who are already doing MPhil/PhD Those not found eligible will have to take NET." Universities across the country will have to make NET/SLET mandatory Nither HRD ministry nor UGC notified it for more than two years. in the meantime, thousands of students enrolled for MPhil/PhD without clearing NET. As part of this, from Maharashtra alone, more than 4,000 students were exempted from NET. The new regulation helps those who completed the research and have joined service. It exempts those who are already in service on the basis of MPhil/PhD as they joined service before this notification. The big change is that once the evaluation process is over and MPhil/PhD degree has been awarded, a soft copy of the thesis will be submitted to the UGC within a month for hosting on the website. This will create a repository of thesis on various subjects and help future scholars in knowing what areas have already been researched. Test (NET) to determine eligibility for lectureship and for award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) for Indian nationals in order to ensure minimum standards for the entrants in the teaching profession and research. The Test is conducted in Humanities (including languages), Social Sciences, Forensic Science, Environmental Sciences, Computer Science and Applications and Electronic Science.
